Three people were shot when gunfire broke out “at the Popeyes in the 3000 block of Panola Road” Monday night, October 22, 2018, according to 11 Alive.
DeKalb police told Channel 2 Action News the three victims “were all initially listed in critical condition. Police confirmed around 11:30 p.m. that one person died.”
