A motor vehicle accident in Smyrna, Georgia Saturday, September 10, 2019, injured a young girl and her Aunt.
As reported by Fox5Atlanta.com, “[t]he crash happened Saturday morning on South Cobb Drive near Lois Street.”
A driver crossed the roadway, struck a car, then slammed head on into the car with the young girl inside, per the report.
According to the report, “Erica Miller told FOX 5 her eight-year-old daughter Sameg suffered severe head trauma and a damaged spine.
The young girl was taken to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta at Scottish Rite in critical condition.
NewbernSJ.com is reporting the young girl “was traveling with her aunt, Kiameshya Miller, who also sustained injuries including both of her legs broken from the head on collision.
The investigation is ongoing.
