Gunfire erupted at an Atlanta, Georgia convenience store late Thursday night, May 7, 2020, injuring an innocent bystander.
As reported by CBS46.com, “[t]he double shooting happened just after midnight in front of the 4 Brothers Convenience Store on Joseph E Lowery Boulevard.”
AJC.com is reporting, “[a] man was found with gunshot wounds to the back and leg when officers responded to the store about 11:40 p.m. The woman, who was shot in the leg, was taken to the hospital before authorities arrived.
According to the report, “[i]nvestigators believe she was caught in the crossfire when someone started shooting in the parking lot.”
The investigation is ongoing.
