Could this Decatur gas station shooting have been prevented and are justice and compensation available to the victim?
Gunfire erupted outside “the Exxon gas station on Ponce De Leon in Decatur” Monday night, July 3, 2018, leaving one man critically injured, according to CBS 46.
Police told FOX 5 a “suspect walked up to a 28-year-old man parked at a gas pump and sitting in his SUV, shooting him several times.” He was transported to DeKalb Medical with “critical” injuries. His current condition and identity have not been released.
