Raul Romero Dominquez was struck and killed in a “hit-and-run” accident “at the intersection of South Cobb Drive at Ask Kay Drive” Thursday evening, January 17, 2019, according to The AJC.
Smyrna police told FOX 5, the driver of the suspect vehicle has since “been charged with felony hit and run, misdemeanor improper use of the center turn lane and misdemeanor driving while license suspended.”
